HEART-CENTERED PSYCHOTHERAPY

The wound is the place where the Light enters you. — Rumi

With over a decade of experience in psychotherapy, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples through life’s tender and difficult passages — including anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, and parenting stress. My approach is heart-centered, grounded in mindfulness and compassion, and shaped by the lived wisdom of parenting, years of teaching yoga, and a long path of ceremony. These experiences allow me to weave the mind–body connection into therapy and to offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence.

While individual therapy is at the heart of my work, I also extend this mindful approach to the relationships that shape our lives. Couples are supported in deepening connection and strengthening communication, while parents can find tools and encouragement to ease stress, nurture bonds with their children, and create a more harmonious home.

Whether your focus is your own healing, your partnership, or your family, you will find warmth, clarity, and compassionate guidance here — a place to foster resilience, growth, and meaningful connection.
